Please note that due to the intricate nature of our handmade items, we regret to inform you that they are non-returnable. We believe in the authenticity and individuality of each piece, and this non-returnable policy allows us to continue creating one-of-a-kind treasures.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items and reach out to us promptly if you find any defects or damages. This will allow us to assess the issue and take corrective measures. Please note that we have a 15-day return policy exclusively for damaged items. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Refunds for damages
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We reserve a specific time period, referred throughout the site as "Processing Time", before your order is ready for shipment. Since we offer a wide selection of jewelry designs, this time frame is to allow time for your jewelry to be handmade and packaged before it is ready for shipment. In some cases, the Processing Time can be up to one week, although in certain situations it can be more or less.
